Welcome to Next-generation Nano Semiconductor Device Lab (N²SDL)! N²SDL is directed by Dr. Juwon Lee, Associate Professor of the School of Electronic and Electrical Engineering, College of Information and Communication Engineering, SungKyunKwan University (SKKU), Republic of Korea and empowered by our students, researchers, and all our sponsors. At our lab, we work on synthesizing low-dimensional materials that can be utilized as an active channel in semiconductor devices such as transistors, and fabricating next-generation semiconductor devices to overcome the limitations of existing semiconductor materials. 

Currently, my group is focusing on:

• Synthesis of two dimensional crystals/heterostructures

• Two-dimensional materials based nano electronic and optoelectronic devices

• High speed flexible electonics

• van der Waals heterostructure devices
